Our story
Where nature meets artful living.
Pour & Pine grew from a fascination with transformation—wood, resin and botanicals shaped by hand into pieces that bring warmth to the tables where life is shared.
The maker
Meet Ankita.
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to art. Creating something beautiful always felt natural to me — but like many, I never imagined it could become my work.
My path led me into science, where I spent years earning a PhD in Chemistry. It was an achievement I was proud of, yet somewhere along the way I realised something was missing — a creative void that only art could fill.
That realisation became the beginning of Pour & Pine. I wanted to bring together the two worlds that shaped me: an understanding of how materials transform, and a love of making by hand. Every piece begins with carefully chosen wood and is brought to life with flowing resin and preserved botanicals — so no two are ever exactly alike.
“The objects we use every day should do more than serve a purpose — they should tell a story, spark conversations, and add warmth to the spaces where memories are made.”
What we believe
The values behind every piece.
Craftsmanship
Every piece is made by hand, with attention to the details most people never notice — and always feel.
Authenticity
No two creations are ever identical. Variations in grain, pour, and petal are the signature of the hand that made them.
Nature
Wood, flowers, colour, and texture. The materials lead; the making follows.
Kept, not consumed
Objects made to be used every day, admired often, and passed on.
